Kiawah is an island paradise and one of the finest places in the world to get away from it all! Thank you for your interest in sharing our home on Kiawah.
Our home is located in the West Beach section of the Island. Our luxury two bedroom cottage with two full baths sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, and garbage disposal. Dinnerware, flatware and all sorts of cooking utensils provided (toaster, coffee maker, crab pot for all those local delicacies, etc.).
There is a deck and furnished screened-in porch, with a gas grill, overlooking the lagoon (excellent crabbing and fishing of perch and bass), color cable TV and VCR/DVD in the living room, color cable TV master bedroom, and 2 telephones. In addition to standard central heating and air-conditioning, there is a fireplace and ceiling fans to catch those sultry southern breezes! All linens are provided except for beach towels. We are a 5 minute walk to the Sparrow Pond/Greenslake pool (FREE to our guests), ocean (beach chairs available for your use), and tennis courts.

To Confirm A Reservation: A deposit of $300 is required, and payment must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. Reservations are automatically cancelled if a deposit is not received within 10 days.
In addition to the listed rental rates, local and state sales and ATAX, and $100.00 security will be added. Taxes are subject to change without notice. The balance of the rental is due 30 days before check-in. A bill or reminder is not sent out for final balance. Payments made after the 30 days must be in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or certified check. Credit cards are not accepted. All deposits from Canada must be in U.S. Funds payable by money order or cashier's check only. Personal checks from Canada are not accepted. A $25.00 handling fee will be added to Guest's balance for each returned check.
Cancellation: If you have to cancel or change a reservation, please notify as soon as possible. Every effort to re-rent the week will be made. If the week is not re-rented, your monies will not be refunded. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged, if you wish to change the reservation to another available week. If the week is cancelled and re-rented, your monies will be returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
